yea so i went in today. so far ive had a 35 cent raise and a 4 of 5 on an evaluation.
when i went in there i got my schedule and ran into iain
we shot the shit for awhile
a long while
it ended up being 2 housr almost worth of talkin about nonsense
so the manager comes up to me and throws a fit which he has every right to
i didnt mind it untill i got degraded a little by him and he had too much attitude in his voice and he did it in front of all these customers
like he said his positions were more productive then mine are and thats not true cause we get non stop customers and we have to take emotional abuse
then he was like "well you keep doin what your doin and u know how to run that register" and it kinda pissed me off he didnt recognize that i push to be good enough to be on the floor
like i got a 5 of 5 on selling CA which is what mainly matters
then the other manager kept staring at me
its why i olny like Alicia, Cheryl, Janis and Shavvon as managers/leads cause they are alot less uptight
besides that i guess i love my job more that i only work 2 days a week for like 6 hous a day which is what i want is less days with more hours
not the amount i wanted but i enjoy it
i guess i just dont like beein looked down on
Reggie did it to Iain too and it made iiain flip a bitch
i think i wanna be like in Technology cause Robert isnt uptight at all but he still expects the same from people that Chris and Reggie do
i think the best part is someone who is a CSA who makes less money and hours than the EPS people got a way better evaluation than one of them who makes numbers. He got a 1 of 5. so if i can prove i can do it, which i did, so shouldnt i be seen as a potential specialist?
